Dr. Foust has been a system analyst for the past 7 years. During this time he has performed Functional Failure Analysis, Stockpile Reliability Analysis, and Performance Forecasting Analysis for the Patriot PAC-2 missile. He has also performed accuracy and handover analysis for THEL System and Army Ammunition Objective Analysis for the Army Air Defense systems. For the past two years, Dr. Foust has been supporting the IAMD SoS effort. He has performed trade studies, requirements analysis and development, track manager candidate solution evaluation and integration studies, and liaison between the Army SoS and the JTM/JSSEO activities.
