Mr.
Brown has over 18 years of direct engineering experience, including
ten years supporting radar development for the Army’s Joint Land
Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS)
and three years experience supporting radar countermeasures with the
Army's Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Project Office.
Additional experience areas include weapon systems analysis, systems
engineering and acquisition management. For the past 10 years, Mr.
Brown led the contractor technical staff that supported all aspects
of the JLENS Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA)
contract, including preparation of proper documentation and
briefings for a successful Milestone B (ACAT 1D program). Mr. Brown
also has supported the Ground-Based Radar (TMD-GBR) Project Office,
as well as the Air Force’s National Air and Space Intelligence
Center (NASIC) and Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Missiles and
Space Intelligence Center (MSIC). He is currently assisting the PEO
Ground Combat System’s (PEO GCS) Robotic Systems Joint Program
Office (RS JPO) with systems and acquisition management support.
His responsibilities also include management of current BFA
Department of Defense (DoD) support personnel and expansion of BFA’s
DoD customer base.
